Trelawney Building Progress

Work on the historic Trelawney Building is slow but steady. The restoration project is complex and because the building is historically protected the project must follow the rules established by the City of Portland Historic Department. Ongoing work includes previously unforeseen structural repairs to the building, necessary elevator upgrades, and a new sprinkler and fire alarm system throughout the building.

Progress at 246 Eastern Prom

Progress is coming along nicely on this custom luxury condominium project, with framing nearing completion. The expansive view from the top of the building takes full advantage of the prime location on Portland’s Eastern Promenade. Construction is complete at “The Downs” in Scarborough.

A new 22,000 square foot warehouse on Innovation Way in Scarborough Maine is approved for occupancy. Built for a high-tech manufacturing facility, owner’s representative Shinberg Consulting helped the project finish on schedule and on budget.

New manufacturing facility at "The Downs" in Scarborough

Take a look at this new world-class manufacturing facility being built on Innovation Way in Scarborough, Maine. This facility is being built alongside other commercial facilities at The Downs, the site of the former Scarborough Downs horse racing facility.

Progress at the Trelawny Building (655 Congress Street, Portland, Maine)

Work is progressing to rebuild the historic facade of the Trelawny Building on Congress Street, which was originally designed and built by Maine Gov. Percival Baxter. The brick and concrete lintels have been successfully restored, and the interior steel skeleton is concurrently under repair. The project is expected to be completed in mid-2026.

180 State Street: Historic Restoration Nearing Completion

The restoration of this three-unit historic legacy brick building in downtown Portland is nearly at the finish line after a year of dedicated work. All interior finishes are complete, featuring custom cabinetry, new windows, new flooring and tile. Occupancy is planned for December 2025 and January 2026.
