Work on the historic Trelawney Building is slow but steady. The restoration project is complex and because the building is historically protected the project must follow the rules established by the City of Portland Historic Department. Ongoing work includes previously unforeseen structural repairs to the building, necessary elevator upgrades, and a new sprinkler and fire alarm system throughout the building.
