Shinberg Consulting is overseeing the life safety upgrades to apartment buildings located at 51 State Street, 59 State and 655 Congress Street (aka the Trelawny Building) on behalf the the Apartment Mart.
Greg Shinberg’s experience ensures that these necessary upgrades dovetail with the requirements of the historic district.
The Trelawny building is a complicated job that requires careful coordination with the City of Portland Public Works department and Central Maine Power to install the needed power pump.
The pavement and concrete on Congress Street was cut to run a new electric line into the Trelawny building for the new fire pump that serves the sprinkler and fire suppression system installed under our supervision.
