Two Lights Dental has opened in their new home in the town Center of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, doubling their capacity to serve the community. Additionally, this new building adds three greatly needed new apartments in the town center.

Greg Shinberg of Shinberg Consulting was the Owner’s Representative for the Intermed building at 84 Marginal Way in Portland, Maine, a new office building with 110,000 sq ft office space, retail and 535-car parking garage, completed in 2009.
The inspiration for the design of 84 Marginal Way is a building located in Boston, MA called Independence Wharf.
Two Lights Dental - Groundbreaking
A groundbreaking ceremony for Two Lights Dental was held on May 17, 2021. This new facility in the heart of Cape Elizabeth will allow this established dental practice to grow and serve the community in even better ways.
