Greg Shinberg of Shinberg Consulting was the Owner’s Representative for the Intermed building at 84 Marginal Way in Portland, Maine, a new office building with 110,000 sq ft office space, retail and 535-car parking garage, completed in 2009.
The inspiration for the design of 84 Marginal Way is a building located in Boston, MA called Independence Wharf.
A groundbreaking ceremony for Two Lights Dental was held on May 17, 2021. This new facility in the heart of Cape Elizabeth will allow this established dental practice to grow and serve the community in even better ways.
Plans for a village-style subdivision are moving forward as phase one of a proposal to build a town-centered project received Planning Board and Town Council approval.
“Dentist David Jacobson is proposing Ocean House Common, a four-lot subdivision that would include a town green on a 4-acre lot at 326 Ocean House Road, next to Town Hall.
